Core Technology: Aerospace-Inspired Sandwich Construction
Aluminum Honeycomb Panels are a high-performance composite material. They consist of two pre-treated aluminum alloy sheets (the "skins") permanently bonded to both sides of a continuous aluminum honeycomb core under high temperature and pressure. This creates an "I-beam" effect, offering continuous strength with minimal material use.
Unmatched Strength-to-Weight Ratio
With a density of only 5-5.5 kg/m², our panels are up to 5 times lighter than solid aluminum and 10 times lighter than steel of equivalent rigidity. Dramatically reduces structural load and installation costs.

The hexagonal core distributes stress evenly across the entire panel, ensuring virtually zero deflection even in large formats (up to 1500mm x 5000mm).
